In my cart, no problem; when I checked out I asked the cashier for assistance in getting in my car, she said sure...i waited, waited, and waited., she walked away and I finally gave up and went to my car, on the way, an employee was headed back for carts, I hailed him down, and he willingly assisted in loading item in my car. His name is Brent Dillon, he was polite, courteous, and friendly. Thank you, Brent for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one.
